Vithamas has return policy which is applicable for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, your warranty period will be applicable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, you need to submit a receipt of proof of purchase of the item with date on it.
There are certain situations where returns are not granted:
Product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts returned by the customer.
Product has been opened by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the current status of your refund. If all items shipped are received back as it is, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If return is not acceptable then the product would be couriered back to the customer.
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and our customer experience team will assist you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the return is initiated through customer own preferred shipping services, we cannot guarantee the quality of delivery from the shipping company, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If a return is initiated through company shipping services, then the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In cases where we might have shipped the incorrect or defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost. The cost of shipping the item if any applicable when you placed the order will also be deducted from the refund.
In case your product has any issues after purchase and within the warranty period the customer has to first contact the support team by mailing your problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer support team will help you to resolve the problem ot return the item for repair if needed. Once we receive the product, it goes through the warranty process including checks for internal and external damages. Please note that only internal component damages are covered under the warranty process and in case of any physical damages, warranty claim is not applicable. There could be only two possible scenarios, either we fix it by replacing the faulty components with new components or if its not fixable, we issue the new product and ship back the product to you.
