PCB Design

We specialize in custom PCB design for applications in power electronics, industrial control, automotive and medical electronics. We have the capability to design PCBs ranging from simple 2 layered boards to upto 14 layers for complex microprocessor boards with impedance control differential pairs and RF signals.

We use leading electrical CAD PCB Design softwares such as ORCAD, EAGLE, KICAD as per the clients convenience. We also provide 3D modelling of the final PCB design for seamless integration with the mechanical design. We also provide CAM validation, signal integrity analysis, power integrity analysis, PDN analysis, DFA and DFM.

Custom Hardware Design

We follow a PCB design methodology starting with the component selection, review with the firmware designers and Design for Manufacturability. Each component in the circuit is strategically chosen based on performance, quality, availability, and cost.

The schematic design would be verified with multiple reviews across hardware and firmware designers before the PCB Layout is actually started.

Manufacturing Support

We offer mass production for our designs as per clients’ needs. We have built good network of components vendors and state of the art manufacturing units to ensure that the components used are genuine and at competitive prices. We ensure that each unit is tested and meets all quality criteria and are ready for market.

Why Choose Us?

Design Flexibility

We are experienced in designing simple to complex hardware solutions in the fields of aerospace, defence and medical electronics which would need to follow the best standardization and quality management.

Certification

The Designs are made to fulfill all certification needs based on the countries it is intended to such as FCC certification for controlling radiations in the USA as well as CE certification for conformity of health, safety and environmental protection for products sold within European Economic Area.

We guide customers through various certifications as well as testing requirements to meet necessary standardizations across various domains.

Parts obsolescence check

We make sure all components in the design are active and supported for a period of time. We do part obsolescence management for our designs where it is made sure all critical components have equivalent parts for replacement in case of unavailability or a component goes to EOL.

OEM Reviews

We get the design reviews done by the FAE’s of the component vendors for the hardware and the PCB design who identify issues in the design if any before actually prototyping. This would save a lot of time and help to limit the number of hardware iterations to minimum.

We have established technical support channels with OEMs such as ST, Atmel, TI, NRF, Si-Labs, Qualcomm, TELIT, U-BLOX, Micron and so on for any design related queries and reviews.

Design Changes and Extensibility

We support re-design of the hardware in case of components EOL or inclusion of new features or redesigning based on requirement.

We always keep extensibility in the designs so that they are future compatible and flexible for new feature additions.

Inhouse Electronics Lab and PCB Rework Station

We have an inhouse ESD protected test lab with state-of-the- art equipment such as regulated variable power supplies, arbitrary signal generators, digital storage oscilloscope, mixed signal oscilloscope and logic analyzers, for electronic hardware analysis. We also have in-house soldering workbench sufficient for simple prototype assemblies and board modifications.

All our designs confirm to DFM (Designed for Manufacturability). We get our designs reviewed by the production teams at the time of prototyping.

We also provide support for mass production by working closely with local production houses under our supervision.

We define QC guidelines for each of our designs and each assembled unit is tested for the complete device functionality before dispatching to the clients.
